SAP MM – PP/PM konsult, Skåne

On behalf of a customer in Skåne, Sweden we are looking for an experienced functional SAP MM – PP/PM consultant.


Role:                  Functional SAP MM  PP/PM consultant

Start:                  1/3 or ASAP

End:                    2018-12-31

Scope:               100%

Location:          Lund or Singapore


Specific Skills required

  • A university degree or a diploma from a specialized school
  • At least 5-10 years experience of SAP MM and PP/PM and good understanding of SD
  • Involved in end-to-end implementation and has experience in providing post production support
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and in writing are important as the work requires integration with colleagues, users and business partners all around the world
  • Other areas that would be a “plus”;
    • Knowledge of ABAP programming
    • Knowledge of other logistics modules

Purpose of role

To provide:

  • Act as a Service Delivery Team Member in a Global Team delivering service to customers various companies using the SAP Global Solution.

Service work includes maintaining system availability, troubleshooting and solving functional and technical system problems, analyzing change requests and providing system expertise to users.


Key responsibilities

  • Support SAP Global solution and take ownership of assigned deliverables.
  • Report risks and issues to Global Service Lead
  • Adhere to the Deliver Service Process at all times
  • Demonstrate flexibility as needed in service work
  • Support, build and maintain effective working relationships with key relationships as described above.
  • Share ideas for continuous service improvement
  • Cooperate and/or participate on request in other activities (e g Global IM projects, Global Process work, Global Design work)
  • Demonstrate credibility, trust and professionalism


Primary Tasks

  • Resolve Issues following the issue resolution process & conclude upon agreement with business partner
  • Update all required and relevant Documentation
  • Report status on assigned issues to Global Service Lead
  • Continuous maintenance of overdue tickets
  • Deliver Enhancements
  • Support Global Process Team
